How long does the consultation last?

The legal consultation lasts one hour and you may use your time with as many different questions or issues as you wish.

Is the attorney consultation charged?

If you need guidance for a specific situation, where you don’t know what to do or how to act, the path is a consultation, which is charged. This is because you will have at your disposal 60 minutes of conversation with an attorney specialized in the area you need, so that you have time to clarify all your doubts about your situation and understand the best path forward.

I don’t want information, but I need to hire an attorney for a specific service. Do I have to pay for a consultation?

If your purpose in speaking with us is not informational, but you need an attorney to file a lawsuit, defense or hire them for monthly legal advisory, for example, there is no consultation charge. The explanation is simple: there is no reason to place a barrier to hiring a service you need. In this case, contact us explaining the situation, and we will schedule a conversation via videoconference or in-person to hear your case.

Do you offer only online legal consultations (video chat or videoconference) or also in-person?

We offer both. The difference is in the price and availability of schedules for each of these modalities. With videoconference, flexibility is much greater and allows the attorney not to waste travel time to the office for the appointment – therefore, there are more available times. In the in-person modality our availability is lower, since, due to the greater use of home office with the pandemic, attorneys no longer need to be in the office all the time as before. But many people feel better with face-to-face contact, and if that’s your case, we will be waiting for you at our office on Avenida Paulista.

Are the consultation fees the same for in-person and online modalities?

No. Due to greater flexibility and no need to travel to the office, online consultations require a lower investment on the client’s part than in-person ones.
